Winter hiking in the Lech Valley

The first snowflakes are already bathing the Tyrolean Lechtal Nature Park region in wintry white. Now is the time for contemplative winter hikes in the footsteps of the "last savage".

On about 35 winter hiking routes you can hike about 130 kilometers, which lead to the most beautiful destinations of the nature park region. Cultural, but also scenic gems await you. On the banks of the Lech River, you can recharge your batteries and experience the region up close on panoramic trails with great views.

Winter hikers and snowshoe hikers, but also tourers will find ideal conditions in the Lech Valley for tranquil hikes in the region's pristine natural landscape. The Lech is always at the center of your excursions and ensures relaxing winter days far away from hectic ski tourism. Extensive panoramic trails lead you to power spots rich in views, which provide a view of the majestic Tyrolean mountains and expansive valleys. The Lechtal hiking trails are always prepared and groomed for you, so that nothing stands in the way of your winter hiking pleasure.

Winter hiking in the time out villages

If you love peace and quiet, just want to take a deep breath and enjoy the region's magnificent natural landscape to the fullest, you should pay a visit to our wonderful side valley communities and time-out villages Hinterhornbach, Gramais, Bschlabs and Boden. Far away from any civilization, lonely winter hikes on often hidden paths lead you directly into the heart of the Lechtal and Allgäu Alps.

Guided winter hikes

But a winter hike is definitely even more fun together. On guided torch, lantern or animal track hikes, you can explore the natural landscape together.
