The perfectly-signposted cycling paths and tours in the Lechtal holiday region lead your through the incomparable landscape of the Lechtal nature park region. The Lechtal cycle path from Reutte to Steeg is ideal for families and leisure cyclists. It is embedded in the varied Allgäu and Lechtal Alps and leads with no climbs to speak of along the turquoise-glowing floodplains and lush green meadows to lovely spots and quaint guesthouses, where you are spoilt with local produce and regional culinary delights.

If you prefer to go easy, you can exchange your saddle for a bus seat from time to time. Cyclists enjoy the convenience of free bicycle transport in the Lechtal (with their Lechtal Aktiv Card). Several times a day buses with bicycle trailers operate between Reutte and Steeg (max. of 20 bike storage places). Note: Electric bikes cannot be transported!
This way it is always possible to get back to your starting point.

The Lech cycle path in the Tirol and the Wertach cycle path in Bavaria are quite attractive leisure time options. Both cycle paths combine cycling in nature along rivers and together they form are a border-crossing long-distance cycle path of a length of approx. 200km linking the Alps with its foothills.
