This arm bath makes tired hikers and visitors awake again. It stimulates, but by no means upsets, and has an invigorating effect. At the drinking fountain (station 12) you can try this arm bath for yourself. If you don't have a pool available, you can also try the Kneipp espresso in the standing water of the Lech. Simply wonderful!
