Mountain tour to the Grießlkopf

The Grießlkopf, 2,814 meters high, located in the heart of the Lechtal Alps, is a very rewarding panoramic peak that can be taken as a detour on the way between Ansbacher and Memminger Hütte. It can also be tackled as an independent long tour from Bach through the Madautal. In the second case, it is best to do it as a bike & hike tour. The Grießlkopf is easiest to climb from the Grießlscharte via the pathless northwest ridge and requires easy climbing in UIAA grade I+.
