In winter, breakfast is included in the price. In summer, you enjoy full flexibility: you can book with or without breakfast, or take care of your own meals in our self-catering kitchen as you wish.
We offer a snack package for our guests year-round for an additional fee – filled with seasonal, colorful, regional, and predominantly organic quality items. Your bottle will be filled with mountain water or a drink from our selection will be packed for you.
Our house features two treatment rooms waiting for you – perfect for restoring balance to your body, mind, and soul. After a long day of skiing or a mountain tour, our treatments ensure that you are back to top shape on the slopes or hiking trails the next morning – aching knee? Not a chance!
Our house is a non-smoking establishment, but you have the option to enjoy a smoke comfortably on the balcony or on a Lechbänkle in front of the door. Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Conditions
If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, we charge 20% of the booking amount. In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, we charge 90% of the total price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival
Arrival and Departure
Your room will be available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. We ask that you arrive by 8:00 PM – a later arrival is also possible with prior arrangement. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 AM.
Minimum Stay
During the summer, a minimum stay of one night is possible. In winter, the minimum stay is two nights, while during the Christmas and New Year’s period, it is five nights.
