In winter, breakfast is included in the price. In summer, you enjoy full flexibility: you can book with or without breakfast, or cater to your own needs in our self-catering kitchen.
We offer a snack package for our guests throughout the year for an additional fee – depending on the season, colorful, filled with regional products, and mostly organic quality. Your bottle will be filled with mountain water, or a drink from the selection will be packed.
Our house features two treatment rooms waiting for you – perfect for bringing body, mind, and soul back into balance. After a long day of skiing or a mountain tour, our treatments ensure that you are back on the slopes or hiking trails in tip-top shape the next morning – painful knee? Not a chance!
Our house is a non-smoking space, but you have the option to smoke comfortably on the balcony or in front of the entrance door on a real Lech bench. Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation is free until 30 days before arrival; from 29 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking amount. If you cancel on the day of arrival, we will charge 90% of the total price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival and Departure
Your room will be available on the day of arrival from 2:00 PM. We kindly ask for your arrival by 6:00 PM – a later arrival is also possible by prior arrangement. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 AM.
Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of one night is possible in summer and winter. During the Christmas and New Year period and the Carnival holidays, the minimum stay is three nights.
